CONTAINER SIZES
Dry Containers
Containers come in several sizes and designs:
- 20′ with payload up to 28.2 metric tons
- 40′ 8′ 6″ with payload up to 28.8 metric tons
- 45′ 9′ 6″ high with a total capacity of 85 cubic metres
Flat Racks
- Specific equipment for heavy cargo and cargo which does not fit into a standard container.
- Flat racks in length of 20′ and 40′, with fixed or collapsible end-walls.
- This equipment is suitable for top or side loading, and for heavy machinery, pipes and boats.
Open Tops
Open top containers are available in lengths of 20’ and 40’ and have been designed for over-sized cargo that does not fit into a standard container.
They are equipped with removable roof bows and tarpaulin covers, the cargo can be secured with lashing bars and bull rings.
Reefer Containers
Reefer containers are available in lengths of 20’ and 40’ and have been designed for food products.
